My gym closed today. I’m pretty sad about it. I guess there just wasn’t enough people going there or something. I’m not exactly sure what I’m going to do yet, but I resolve not to quit. I don’t want to be a big fatty ever again! I did my final weigh in today. I’m pretty stoked because since January 1st Ive lost 27 pounds. That make 33 total since Christmas. Ive lost a few more inches too.
This whole organizing phase I’m in if fun now because Ive lost so much weight I’m getting rid of tons of huge and not so flattering clothes. YAY! I got a bunch of clear bins yesterday. Ive got some great Ideas to get lots of stuff more organized. I’m sorting out the China, Shoes, Clothes, and pretty much everything else too. Its fun and cleaner too.
My next big challenge is that Morgan and I each have 3 rubbermaids full of our little kid stuff. We want to keep memories, but not so much junk that we never go through it. Memories are important but stuff isn’t. I’m looking for creative ways to keep our memories. Some of my kid stuff isn’t displayable mostly because my taste has changed so much since I was eight. Who knew? I still don’t think I’m ready to “de-Star Wars-ify” myself yet. I think I’m ready to get rid of some of the misc crap that goes with my stuff, but not all of it. I’m still a geek to the core. I looked up on eBay how much my collection would be worth and I could pretty much get 50 bucks for the whole shebang. So not what I was imagining at 13 when I was the nerdiest nerd ever.
