The hunt is on. I am a member or this sweet toy lending thing. You get to borrow toys and equipment. Its like a library for toys. The only problem is when you mix Emily’s toys with borrowed toys…well everything ends up one huge mess. Sooo I’m looking everywhere in our house for blocks, a horse, a zebra, and a few miscellaneous other things. What a pain in the butt.
This morning I made it to the gym. Yay me! I even lost a pound. I was pretty nervous because I didn’t eat so good last week, but It didn’t hurt that much. It made my workout a lot easier too. Its way easier to push hard when you see results.
I feel like quite the maid today. Pretty much all I’ve done all day is pick up stuff and do laundry and do dishes and then start all over again. My house is starting to get in order. What a hard thing to do with a baby.
Tonight is home group. I totally love it. I missed it last week because we were gone. My dad lent us the movie they watched last week. It was about this guy who used to be a Muslim and how he found Jesus. He was really funny and He spoke very well. I think it was a really good Testimony.
I was sorting through some old jewelry today. I used to wear some of the ugliest necklaces. Seriously. If this blog had a poll I’d used it to have people vote which of my old necklaces is the ugliest. I thought they were cool at the time, but I thought I was cool at the time too. Hooray for grade ten and stepping off the “Ugly Train” or at very least “Awkward Bus”. Its amazing what a couple of friends who needed an over sized Barbie doll (Me) can do to a dorky looking 15 year old.
Thats enough reminiscing. I hope I never get famous enough for someone to dig up those old pictures and show the world.
